Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Servelink mobile application ("the App") and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Mowgli Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Servelink does

Servelink is a platform for organizing and participating in recreational and competitive pickleball leagues and tournaments. It provides scheduling, standings, bracket management, score tracking, team management, and payment collection tools for organizers and players.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Servelink.

3. League and tournament organizers

If you create and manage a league or tournament, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of league or tournament settings, divisions, schedules, and results.
• Communicating rules to your players.
• Any fees you collect from players through the platform.
• Ensuring your league or tournament complies with applicable local regulations.

4. Payments

• League and tournament entry fees are processed by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds are at the discretion of the organizer. Servelink does not handle refund disputes between players and organizers.
• Servelink may charge platform fees for payment processing, and organizers may be charged to create a tournament. These will be disclosed at the time of payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false match scores or manipulate standings.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the Service in an unauthorized manner.

6. Content

Any content you submit (scores, names, notes, bug reports) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant Servelink a license to store and display it as part of providing the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Servelink running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servelink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between players or organizers, missed matches, or scheduling errors.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Servelink after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
