Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mowgli Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information in connection with the Servelink mobile application ("the App") and website.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information — name, email address, and password when you sign up.
• Profile information — optional details such as your DUPR rating, phone number, and availability preferences.
• Payment information — when you pay a league or tournament entry fee, payment details are handled directly by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
• Bug reports — if you submit a bug report in the app, we collect your description, app version, and device information.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message content sent through our website contact form.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — how you interact with the app, including screens visited and features used.
• Device information — device type, operating system version, and app version.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account.
• To run and display league and tournament schedules, brackets, standings, match results, and team rosters.
• To process league and tournament entry fee payments through Stripe.
• To send you notifications about matches, scores, and league or tournament activity.
• To respond to support requests and bug reports.
• To improve the app based on usage patterns.
• Marketing email — only if you've opted in, to send you product news, tips, and occasional offers. This is separate from the transactional emails required to run your account (billing receipts, security notices), which you'll always receive regardless of this setting.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Other participants — your name, team, and match results are visible to other players in leagues or tournaments you join. This is the core function of the app.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
• Clerk — authentication and identity management. Clerk's privacy policy governs how they handle sign-in data.
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Deleting your Servelink account

You can delete your Servelink account and its associated data at any time, directly in the app:

• Open the Servelink app and sign in.
• Go to More → Profile.
• Scroll to the Danger Zone section and tap Delete account.
• Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion the same way through our contact form — include the email address associated with your account.

Deleting your account removes your personal information — name, email, phone number, profile photo, DUPR rating, and availability — within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. League, tournament, and match records you participated in are retained, but with your personal identifying information removed (anonymized), since other players' league and tournament history depends on that data remaining intact. Payment records may be retained longer where required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

Data retention

We retain your account and league or tournament data for as long as your account is active. See "Deleting your Servelink account" above for what happens once you request deletion.

Your rights

You can:

• Access and update your profile information from within the app.
• Request a copy of your data, or delete your account, as described above.
• Opt out of non-essential notifications in your device settings.
• Opt in or out of marketing email from Servelink at any time from Profile → Email preferences in the app. This never affects transactional emails required to run your account.

Children's privacy

Servelink is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of Servelink after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
